Here is a special deal that we thought you’d like to know about. You can fly from Winnipeg to the Toronto Area (Hamilton Airport) for only $69 one-way or $107 roundtrip.
Flytrippers’ specialty is to spot flight deals from the Winnipeg Area. That’s what we do every day on our cheap flight deals page.
Usually, these deals are straightforward and you get the direct link to book on our partner websites, which is something we appreciate when you do: it doesn’t cost you a penny, and it supports Flytrippers so we can keep spotting great deals for Winnipeg travelers.
But our mission is always to help you save money on your flights, so when some deals are exceptionally only bookable on airline websites, we’ll still tell you about it, even if we don’t earn a commission, because our first priority is always to help you travel more!
So here is one of those deals.
Deal To Hamilton
Swoop is currently selling many flights for only $69 one-way from Winnipeg to Toronto/Hamilton this fall. The return is even cheaper, at only $38, which makes for a very cheap roundtrip flight.
Swoop is a new Canadian Ultra Low-Cost Carrier, so read up about how ULCCs work. In a nutshell, they’re a great new way to travel more for less money: they’re awesome! Don’t miss our upcoming article about ULCCs in Winnipeg this week, you’ll love reading more about this!
Here are the outbound prices from Winnipeg to Hamilton:
As you can see, $69 is pretty cheap for a flight in Canada, even if it is a one-way flight.
You can see the return flights, and more options, by going to their website and searching for your dates. For all destinations or dates, we also have a great flight search tool to compare all airlines, as well as another tool to find the cheapest dates if you are flexible and just want to go to a specific destination at the cheapest price.
Swoop also flies to Vancouver/Abbotsford, although those one-ways start at $99 (which is still much cheaper than regular airlines).
The sale ends tonight, so you need to hurry up (as is always the case with flight deals). Hamilton Airport is just a short drive (or bus ride) away from Toronto, it can be quite worthwhile when sales are this good.
Bottom Line
Now that’s a good deal. Here’s to hoping more cheap flights are coming to Canada thanks to Ultra Low-Cost Carriers.
