Selection process

Here’s our selection process in order to find the best coworkers for our current team

1 - Submit your application

Check the 5 openings above to see if an opportunity is a great match for you. If you find anything, apply!

2 - Screening and selection

Only fully completed applications are reviewed, with particular attention to the final section, where you must either describe or submit a video explaining why you think you are the best person for the role, so make that good.

3 - Initial interview

First round of interviews with the top candidates who applied, around early May.

4 - Final interview

Final interviews with both co-founders for the top 3 candidates to see who would be the best fit.
