For those who make their rent payments with Chexy, there’s a great free feature called “Chexy Credit Builder.”

It allows you to build your credit through your rent! Chexy will report your on-time rent payment to the Equifax credit bureau each month.

A better credit score will give you literally thousands of dollars in easy-to-get welcome bonuses and even better interest rates on mortgages or future loans you might take.
