We wanted to send you one last reminder about the Points Travel Festival in Toronto, where I’m speaking, and share the topic of my session (and the full conference schedule). We’re also organizing our very first Flytrippers in-person conference on travel rewards in Montreal (in French) for those who prefer that (you can save your spot at the best price with this presale).
Beginners are welcome at the Points Travel Festival Toronto and our Flytrippers conference, but it’s especially for those who are already interested in the wonderful world of travel rewards and who want to take their knowledge to the next level!
It’s your last chance to join us for this great event in Toronto. Flytrippers helps you travel for less with its free newsletter specifically about travel rewards, its ranking of the best current deals, and its infographic that summarizes all the basics.
Here are the details for both in-person travel rewards conferences.
PTF Conference in Toronto: Saturday, April 18, 2026
For the past few years, I’ve been a speaker at the Points Travel Festival in Chicago (formerly known as the Chicago Seminars), one of the biggest events of its kind.
There’s finally a Canadian edition, as we had mentioned. It’s a full day with me and 20+ other amazing speakers. It’s one of the biggest events of its kind ever organized in Canada. You can be part of the inaugural edition; you’ll learn so much.
It’s on Saturday, April 18, 2026 (next weekend, so last chance). It takes place at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport hotel (free shuttle to YYZ; discounted parking at $15).
You can get a ticket for $299.
My presentation is on the Marriott Bonvoy program (by the way, congrats to everyone who took advantage of the record deal on the Marriott Bonvoy Amex Card that ended on the 7th and got the best deal of the year 😉; luckily for others, the offer went down to just 70,000 points rather than the usual 50,000).
I’ll also be on the closing panel and will co-host the morning welcome session with the event co-organizer, Stefan Krasowski (the seasoned traveler who has visited all 193 countries and who interviewed me about my own quest several years ago).
There are plenty of other very interesting topics for all types of travel rewards enthusiasts.

The full schedule is now available.
I’ll obviously be there all day and all evening trying to chat with as many people as possible.
I want to prioritize Flytrippers fans, so please reach out to me in advance if you’re going to be there (on my personal Instagram account, by email, or in the comments at the bottom of this post).
I hope to finally meet you in person!!!
There’s also an optional Friday evening event (separate $99 add-on). I should be at that as well, but I don’t want to make any promises at this point because I’m not 100% sure I want to fly back from Asia in business class (like my outbound flight)… and how reliably flights will operate in the Gulf with the war in Iran (if I choose to fly the world’s best business class as I did in 2023; Qatar Airways Qsuite).
Flytrippers Conference in Montreal: Saturday, May 23, 2026
We’re organizing our very first Flytrippers conference specifically about travel rewards (in French). It’s going to be amazing!!! The most lucrative day of your year. You’ll learn so many pro tips.
A full day of presentations about travel rewards (with Q&A sessions), plus structured networking blocks to help you make new friends (the key in this wonderful world). Lunch and snacks are included.
It’s on Saturday, May 23, 2026. There will be 8 different topics unveiled soon; the first attendees who sign up during this presale will get a say in the choice of my presentations (enter your correct email address)!!!
You can get a ticket for $149 with the “PREMIER” promo code (the price will go up on April 26; it will never be lower than it is now and will go up gradually to multiple tiers once we determine capacity).
What’s peculiar is we don’t want to reveal the specific location just yet, because we honestly have absolutely no idea how many people are interested in coming to this 1st edition, and we’ll need to book a venue accordingly. Hence this presale.
It will be in the greater Montréal area, most likely off the island in the very nearby suburbs (it’s the weekend, so traffic will be less of an issue).
So buy your ticket now to:
- Lock in the guaranteed lowest price
- Participate in choosing the 8 topics
- Help us plan the number of attendees
All the other details will be published on the event page next week, for the end of this presale. Note that conference tickets are nonrefundable but are transferable to someone else for a $20 fee.
If you can’t afford to attend, we want to give you the opportunity to come anyway. You can volunteer in the morning and fully participate in the afternoon, or vice versa. Half a day of helping in exchange for the other half day of free admission (and honestly, you’ll be able to attend most of the other half too; it’s not a very demanding volunteering role). Write us right away; these spots are very limited.
If you have any questions, as always, don’t hesitate to ask them in the comments at the bottom of this article!
