You are currently viewing Get $20 Free At Best Western After Only One Night

Here is an interesting promotion for the upcoming summer vacation season, as it is a very simple way of getting $20 free for lodging.

Best Western hotels aren’t very popular with frequent travelers (and those like me who take part in travel hacking particularly) even though it’s one of the world’s largest chains. That’s mostly because they don’t have many aspirational properties and theirs are usually very run-of-the-mill hotels that rarely offer anything to get excited about. But sometimes, that’s just perfect for the trip you’re on or the location you’re at!

Remember, we are a website for those who want to save money to travel more (although, some like to use our flight deals to save money and splurge on more important things on their trip, like nice hotels).

In any case, we think you should still know about this Best Western promo since summer vacations are coming up soon.

20$ free at Best Western

The few times I remember staying in a Best Western, I’m pretty sure I was on a roadtrip, since they have a lot of hotels that are conveniently close to major highways.

So if you plan on going on a summer roadtrip, their offer might be appealing to you.

You can get a $20 gift card after only one night in a Best Western.

It’s definitely not the deal of the year (deals on hotels are rare, unlike with flights), but if you already planned on staying in a Best Western hotel or if there is one near where you were planning on going at a price comparable to the one you were planning on booking, it might make sense to consider this option.

What you need to know is that you must create a (free) Best Western account to get this promo. And of course, you will need to stay in a Best Western hotel once more to use the $20 gift card. You will have approximately 4 months to use it.

Since it is definitely not as lucrative as the promos Marriott and Hilton often run (which we’ll now share here too), it might not make sense to change upcoming stays to a Best Western hotel just to get $20 off a future stay (especially given they say the gift card can take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered).

But it might depending on your travel plans. Especially if you are a regular customer with Best Western. You should register for the promo right away to make sure you don’t forget it, and then you can book later on. It ends on September 3rd.

By the way, you can also earn Points for 1 to 2 completely free nights in Best Western hotels simply by getting the Best Western Mastercard, which does not have an annual free. However, there are a lot of better credit cards in Canada that give you more free travel than that one.
