If you are interested in learning more about travel rewards or mingling with like-minded travelers, there is a great event coming up on April 2nd. My friend Ricky from Prince of Travel is hosting his Montreal Signature Event and I will be one of the speakers during the action-packed afternoon.
I will gladly chat about points and miles with all of you there! Tickets are on sale now for $200, but the first 10 Flytrippers readers to book can use the FLYTRIPPERS discount code for $20 off.
Here are all the details.
Prince of Travel Signature Event
I attended the last event in Vancouver last September and I had a great time and got the chance to meet a lot of cool people who share my passion for free travel!
At this event, there will be very interesting speakers of course, but also some valuable networking time built in. That’s great because, let’s face it: it can sometimes be tough to find other travelers who are so into credit cards as we are!
Your event ticket also includes 2 complimentary drinks and light canapés, including some local Montreal smoked meat, lobster, and caviar.
The event runs from 1 PM to 6 PM on Saturday, April 2nd.
It will take place at the chic W Montreal, because of course an event for travel rewards enthusiasts should be in a Marriott hotel since Marriott is by far the best hotel rewards program for Canadian travelers!
The hotel is located on the edge of Old Montreal, near Square Victoria-OACI metro station (orange line).
Event participants could win a free night in the beautiful bi-level WOW Suite!
Speaking of winning and of great rewards programs, a great new feature of this event is that there will be special perks for those of you who have the HSBC World Elite Mastercard!
They include complimentary HSBC swag, entry into a special draw to win a $500 prepaid Mastercard, and priority check-in (that’s such a great concept for a rewards event; I love it because I am now so used to priority everything between my NEXUS card and my various elite statuses)!
As if one of the highest free welcome bonuses ever seen in Canada was not a good enough reason to get the card 😉!
Anyway…
Whether you want to learn more or just meet others who share your affection for the world of travel rewards, I’m sure you will have a great time.
Be sure to comment below or message me on Instagram if you’ll be there and want to connect!
Here is the link to buy a ticket once again, and here is the full event schedule.
To be clear, the VIP Evening tickets are separate (not included in the main ticket) and those are already sold out.
Although if this event is anything like in Vancouver (or the other travel rewards events I’ve attended in Chicago, Washington, Toronto, etc.) then surely many of your fellow travelers will be headed somewhere to keep the fun discussions going (in Vancouver we actually hijacked the executive lounge at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver as a nightcap, but that’s a story for another day).
I might even stay the night and fly out to the USA on Sunday. I live 2 hours from the Montreal airport so since I’ll be in town anyway, I might as well fly somewhere 😂!
