You are currently viewing New credit card offers (September 2025)

After excellent summer offers, fall is already looking just as rewarding for those who love free travel! TD and RBC have launched record-high offers in recent days, which you absolutely shouldn’t miss! So let’s look at all the new offers in this update.

There are good deals that are the highest offers ever seen, both for those who want rewards of the more simple type and those who want rewards of the more lucrative type (including for traveling in luxurious business class).

I remind you that this post is just for the new offers. The best offers are always available at any time on our ranking of the best cards based on many categories, and also on our new more detailed page with the best offers.

Here are the new offers for September 2025.

Overview of the offer changes

Here’s a summary of the top 3 best deals among the new offers.

Summary (image credit: Flytrippers)

Here’s the summary of all changes by the card issuer, and then I’ll give you a more detailed overview of each card.

1. TD

The 2 best TD cards now have a new increased offer! For the 1st one, it’s even a record-high offer (the highest ever seen on this card)! For the 2nd one, it’s a small increase, but it’s still its 1st increase in a very long time (and it might be to consider even if you aren’t eligible based on the official Aeroplan welcome bonus eligibility rules).

Unfortunately, TD no longer shares offer end dates publicly, but in the past, offers stayed for at least a few months.

2. RBC

The best RBC card has a new increased offer. It’s actually the same record-high offer (the highest ever seen) that’s back. It’s great, especially considering the welcome bonus eligibility rule, which is extremely unrestrictive. The offer can be worth even more thanks to the 30% transfer bonus to Avios usually offered in spring, but you have to have received the points before, of course.

The offer ends November 25th.

Details of offer changes

Here’s a bit more information about each one.

(But not too much, since you can check our resource page for all the details, as always!)

New welcome bonus: 165,000 points and no fee the 1st year. It’s the highest ever seen on this card, the best for simple points (and one that now offers 4 free passes for VIP airport lounges).

Total rewards: 180,000 points and a $100 travel credit. You’ll earn at least 15,000 points by unlocking the bonus (and even more if you do part of the minimum spending requirement at the grocery store, thanks to the 3 times higher multiplier rate there). The $100 travel credit is offered each calendar year.

(So the real value of the bonus is also actually $1100, because there’s another $100 travel credit that you can redeem in 2026, and so you really have 2 travel credits during your 1st year with the TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite Card!)

Minimum spending requirement: It has increased, but $7500 in 6 months is really not stressful. It’s the equivalent of just $288 per week (versus $192 before). And over a long period of 6 months, you’ll certainly have big expenses that will help.

Rewards: TD Rewards points are of the more simple type. You can redeem them at a simple fixed value for any travel expense booked via their platform (all hotels are there; that’s definitely our recommendation). Or you can lose 20% of the value and redeem them for any travel expense on any site at a simple fixed value.

End date: The offer has no public end date. The future can obviously be different, but in the past, TD offers have changed at the beginning of January. When we’re going to share tons of content about this deal in a very short time, you’ll be able to read between the lines that we know the offer is ending, even if we’re not allowed to tell you.

New welcome bonus: 45,000 points and no fee the 1st year. It’s a small increase, but it’s still the highest seen in quite a while on this card (which offers free checked bags on Air Canada flights, for you and 8 companions).

Total rewards: 57,000 points. You’ll earn at least 12,000 points by unlocking the bonus (and even more if you do part of the minimum spending requirement at the grocery store, thanks to the 50% higher multiplier rate there).

Minimum spending requirement: It hasn’t changed: $7500 in 6 months and $4500 more ($12,000 total) in 12 months, and you must still renew the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card to get the renewal bonus (the $139 fee in the 2nd year is obviously already deducted from our Flytrippers Valuation, as always).

Rewards: Aeroplan points are of the more lucrative type. They have unlimited value, because the price of flights is fixed and guaranteed on partner airlines. The value of the offer doubles (or more) if you want to travel in luxurious business class. For 60,000 points, in May I did Montreal-Munich (7h20) and in August I did Bangkok-İstanbul (10h). Both were worth $3000+ each and were in beautiful lie-flat pod seats!

End date: The offer has no public end date. The future can obviously be different, but in the past, TD offers have changed at the beginning of January. When we’re going to share tons of content about this deal in a very short time, you’ll be able to read between the lines that we know the offer is ending, even if we’re not allowed to tell you.

New welcome bonus: 15,000 points and no fee in the 1st year. It’s the first drop in the offer in a long time, so it’s certainly not the time to get the TD Aeroplan Visa Platinum Card if you want to maximize.

New welcome bonus: 55,000 points. It’s the return of the highest welcome bonus ever seen on this card, which is one of the favorites of all those who want a lot of points easily and who are knowledgeable about welcome bonus eligibility rules (and you’ll get the same bonus even without the required income, if you apply with the same link).

Total rewards: 60,000 points. You’ll earn at least 5,000 points by unlocking the bonus. But in spring, RBC usually offers a 30% transfer bonus to Avios, so you would magically have 78,000 points thanks to that, even if you only get 60,000 by unlocking the RBC Avion Visa Infinite Card‘s bonus!!!

Minimum spending requirement: It hasn’t changed: $5000 in 6 months. Very easy.

Rewards: RBC Avion points are of the more lucrative type. They have unlimited value because they’re transferable to Avios, and the price of flights is fixed and guaranteed on partner airlines. The value of the offer doubles (or more) if you want to travel in luxurious business class. For 70,000 points, I did Montreal-Doha (12h) in the world’s best business class. But RBC Avion points require being even more flexible than Aeroplan!

End date: November 25, 2025.

New welcome bonus: None. So it’s obviously not very savvy to get it (like all bonus-free cards at all times, by the way… now that you know the basics and how amazing welcome bonuses are 😉)!
